H. Allen Dierking
is a third-generation agri-businessman whose entire life has been devoted to facilitating and improving the livestock business for his clients throughout the midwest. Upon his retirement from Land-O-Lakes/Purina in 2014, he began an informal consulting business as his Purina customers were unwilling to lose access to his valuable ideas, contacts, and advice. In 2016, he formed Dierking, LLC. as a way of formalizing business arrangements that were obviously a need throughout the midwest. His network of contacts and associations around the state of Missouri make him a sought after voice in agricultural projects of every shape and size. Allen has experience and contacts in every step of the pork chain from building through processing.
Jeff Dierking
is the fourth generation of Dierking’s to become involved in the ag industry. After a 16 year career as a classroom teacher in Kansas City, Jeff began to partner with his father as an independent contractor for Dierking, LLC. providing technical writing services as well as consultation on various projects around the state of Missouri. He has experience with grant writing, business plans, communication consulting, problem-solving, and business analysis.
Dierking, LLC.
has provided agribusiness consulting, production planning, and evaluation consultations, helping develop relationships and projects around Missouri. Much of the work they’ve conducted has been evaluating the feasibility of the use of different facilities and the advantages and disadvantages of different relationships. Dierking, LLC., has also helped to bring parties together throughout the Midwest where opportunity, interest, and need come together.
